Questions and answers

Can I join without previous shooting experience?
Yes. Beginner-level courses are designed for participants starting from zero. Every course opens with safety rules, weapon handling and fundamentals before live fire.
Do I need my own firearm?
It depends on the course and location. For most beginner courses a firearm is provided. Intermediate and advanced courses generally require your own legally-owned firearm and gear. The exact requirements are listed on each course page.
Do you offer private 1:1 training?
Yes. Private programs are tailored from the first session — skill assessment, individual ladder, custom drills. Dates are arranged directly. Use the contact form to request a private slot.
Is the training delivered in English?
Yes. Training is delivered in English, German or Polish depending on the group. For international clients courses are run fully in English, including all materials and briefings.
What should I bring to my first training?
Eye and ear protection, weather-appropriate clothing, water and a notebook. Specific gear (holster, mags, etc.) is listed in the confirmation email after you reserve a spot.
Do you issue certificates?
Each completed course is documented with a certificate of attendance. For law enforcement clients additional reports and unit-level documentation can be provided on request.
What about payment and cancellation?
A confirmation deposit reserves the spot. The remainder is paid before training day. Cancellations and rescheduling are handled case-by-case — details are in the booking confirmation.
How fast will you reply?
Target: 24 h. This is our service target, not a guaranteed deadline. LE and unit inquiries may need additional coordination and NDA exchange.
Can I just call instead?
Yes. Phone and WhatsApp are listed on the contact page. Email or the form is still the fastest path for everything that involves a date or a price.
Do I have to be Polish to train with HRT?
No. Training is delivered in English for international participants. Polish residency is not required — just confirm your legal right to handle a firearm on a Polish range.
Do you train abroad?
Yes — off-site delivery is available in selected EU and non-EU jurisdictions. Request a quote with location.
Is there a minimum age?
18 for all live-fire courses. Younger participants can join non-firearm portions of family programs on request.
