Carbine Fundamentals L1

One-day AR-15/M4 course for beginners, civilians and law enforcement: safe handling, zeroing, positional shooting and malfunction clearance. Book now.

Shooter in ear protection aims a red-dot carbine toward the camera on a sunny outdoor range lined with pine trees.

Carabine Fundamentals L1 introduces the AR-15 / M4 platform to civilian and law enforcement shooters. In one day you will cover safe handling, zeroing, positional shooting and basic malfunction clearance. The course uses a semi-automatic rifle in 5.56 or .223.

No prior rifle experience is required — the course starts from zero and builds systematically. If you are a pistol shooter looking to add a long gun to your skillset, this is the logical next step.

Course description

In this seminar the participant learns the tactical shooting with the self loading rifle - assault rifle.

We illustrate the important differences between the sport shooting (IPSC) and the combat shooting, defense shooting or combat shooting.

These include the 4 basic skills of shooting, as well as the safe handling of the SL carbine in a 360 ° environment. Furthermore, there is the control over the withdrawal of the weapon and the tactical correction of any possible weapons interference. In the seminar, readiness and safety positions as well as the achievement of control positions are taught.

These tactics make it difficult for a criminal / an assassin / a terrorist to complete an attack.
