Training feedback, a review and photo permission — three different choices

October 2026·HRT Journal
// Beginners

After training you may receive one personal form link. It contains different sections: private training feedback, a public review and a photo decision. Completing one section does not automatically approve the others.

Private feedback helps improve training

The feedback section lets you assess the instructor, programme, organisation and safety, and explain what worked and what needs improvement. HRT uses this information to improve training; it is not published as review text on the website.

A specific observation is most useful: what was clear, where you needed an explanation or which organisational detail made attendance harder. Do not include other participants' personal details or unnecessary private information.

A public review has its own field

If you want to share your experience with future participants, use the public review section and check the displayed author name. The text is subject to approval before publication. Sending private feedback does not mean its description will be copied into a public recommendation.

Write about your own participation. You do not need to praise the training in order to give feedback.

The photo decision is independent

In a separate section you can allow publication of photos showing you from that training, refuse it or change a previous decision. The current HRT form covers publication on highrisktactics.com; it does not cover social media or paid advertising. Read the displayed scope before saving your choice.

No response means no permission. Refusing photo publication neither replaces nor prevents sending feedback or a review.

You can revisit your photo decision

The same link can be used to change or withdraw the photo decision even after submitting a review. Check the current status and save confirmation. If you need help, email info@highrisktactics.com with the course and date without publishing the link.

Keep the link personal

The form relates to a specific participation. Do not forward your personal link to a group or post it publicly. Someone who needs their own form should contact HRT.
