Organising a group visit to a shooting range? Send HRT one enquiry with the number of participants, preferred date and whether anyone has previous experience. This is a more useful starting point than choosing a package only by its round count.
What Fun Shooting means
It is a recreational firearms session supervised by an instructor, including for beginners. Activities begin with a safety briefing and equipment familiarisation. The scope is arranged individually before booking.
Fun Shooting does not replace a course with a defined programme and completion requirements. If your aim is structured learning, ask about a foundation course too.
What to include in your enquiry
- The expected number of participants and possible dates.
- The group's experience: a first range visit or previous training.
- The preferred language: Polish, German or English.
- An approximate budget and expectations.
- Any participation conditions that need clarification, especially if you are considering bringing a minor.
Confirm what the offer includes
Before accepting a proposal, agree the date, location, duration, group size and shooting package. Ask which costs are included: instruction, firearms, ammunition, protective equipment and range fees. Inclusion depends on the individual offer, not simply on the name Fun Shooting.
Share the arrangements with the group
Tell participants the meeting time, clothing requirements, documents specified by HRT and conditions for safe participation. Do not buy extra equipment or ammunition before confirming what is needed. Check payment and cancellation arrangements in the offer and applicable documents.
Photos and confirmation of participation
Discuss photography and publication separately. Taking part does not automatically authorise publication of someone's image. If you need confirmation of participation, ask before booking rather than assuming every package includes a certificate.
