Submitting a form starts a conversation with HRT. It does not yet confirm a place, make a payment or complete a course. These stages explain what to clarify before attending and after training.
1. Choose a course and describe your needs
Check the programme, prerequisites and available dates. Include the course, your experience and preferred date in your enquiry. Explain immediately if you want private training or a closed group. Individual arrangements need not correspond to an entry in the public calendar.
2. Agree the terms and confirm your place
HRT responds to your enquiry and discusses the details. Before accepting an offer, check date, location, scope, price, equipment, language, payment and cancellation arrangements. Make sure you understand how the booking is confirmed.
An automatic acknowledgement of the form does not replace individual arrangements or booking confirmation.
3. Prepare and attend
Read the instructions for your date. Prepare the required equipment and documents specified by HRT. Follow the briefing and instructor directions during training. Report incorrect participant details before documents are prepared.
4. Attendance and result are separate records
In the HRT process, an instructor or authorised operator records attendance and the training result. Adding a name to the participant list does not mean the course has been completed. Attendance and a successful result must reflect what actually happened during training.
5. Certificates depend on the course and result
Where a course provides a certificate, issue depends on meeting its completion conditions and having correct participant details. Discuss the document language: Polish, German or English. For Fun Shooting, any confirmation of participation is arranged separately before booking.
6. Summary and post-training form
HRT may send a prepared summary, document and personal link for feedback, a review and an independent photo decision. You do not have to write a public review or agree to photo publication to provide private feedback.
If an expected document is missing or contains an error, contact HRT with the course and date. Do not share your personal form link publicly.
